How to choose the right tools?

The choice of tool depends on the manufacturer of the bending machine and the type of tool attachment. The easiest way is to contact us and we will help you choose the right tools. To do this, please send us a step file of the part with the tool details to info@3ms.ee

How long is the tooling production time?

On average, it takes between 7 and 11 weeks to make a special tool, depending on the complexity of the tool. Standard tools are a stock item. Of course, stock levels are subject to change over time and may not always meet your requirements. We recommend that you always contact us to check stock levels.

How long is the delivery time for the tools?

Delivery time for tools is 1 week. It is also possible to order express transport.

What tools can be restored?

It is possible to restore tools with natural wear or slight bruising. Excessively deformed tools cannot be restored. An assessment of the tools will be carried out on site at the UKB, together with an accurate restoration estimate.

What manufacturer approvals does UKB offer?

UKB offers the following STANDARD tool holders: AMADA, TRUMPF, WILA, BYSTRONIC, LVD. It is also possible to produce tool holders according to your request.

We will help you to choose the tooling according to the drawings of the part and depending on your bending machine model.
